Today's MF&TVV Updates
Revamped the episode pages of the 40 Monkees episodes which saw home video release in Japan by VAP Video in 1992 on 10 4-episode VHS tapes and a 40-episode Special TV Collection laserdisc compilation. Also, in MONKEE VIDEOS, info on 2 video releases which involved The Monkees' live concert performances (Concert-Dome Press' June 1988 Live In Austrailia and King Biscuit Entertainment's November 12, 2002 The Monkees - Live Summer Tour) have been removed, as a decision has been made to exclusively limit it to The Monkees' film & TV home video releases (it's not called The Monkees Film & TV Vault for nothing!), and corrected a few VHS serial number snafus in the VAP Video Special TV Collection listing.

First MF&TVV Update Of The New Year 2022 Anno Domini
Mood:  celebratory
Topic: Happy Monkee New Year!!

And here we are, the very first Monkees Film & TV Vault Update on the very first Pleasant Valley Saturday of The New Year 2022 A.D.; which means the Monkees Film & TV Vault New Year's HTML decor has been taken down in favor of the regular page.

We close the door on The Monkees' 55th Anniversary year of 2021 and open another to embrace a Monkees-related milestone of a different kind! This year, as a lot of you know, we celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Monkees Film & TV Vault, The World Wide Web's leading comprehensive guide to The Monkees' filmed work, on TV and the big screen, hence the presence of the special Monkees Film & TV Vault Silver Anniversary masthead, which will be prominently featured on the front index across the Silver Jubilee Year of 2022 A.D.

Final MF&TVV Updates For The Year Of Our Lord 2021 Anno Domini
Mood:  party time!
Topic: Happy Monkee New Year!!

Welp...there're only 6 days remaining in The Year 2021 Anno Domini. It's all come down to this, hasn't it? Man...where did the time go??

Which means The Monkees Film & TV Vault's New Year's page is back in the fold, but with a twist: the introduction of the special Monkees Film & TV Vault Silver Anniversary masthead on the front page! Yeah, I've been dropping hints of its impending 25th year online in the special cover art displayed in the Facebook MF&TV page and adjoining group and the MF&TVV Groups.io newsgroup for quite a bit now, but the masthead makes is first appearance on the actual site itself for this monumental milestone. Also, updated a portion in THE MONKEES (NBC, 1966-1968) pertaining the end of the series 4-year run in repeats on FETV--Family Entertainment Television, updated a production note in “The Monkees In Manhattan” (a.k.a “The Monkees Manhattan Style”), recreated the Memorial on the front page (using the 1966 "Director's Chair" still of the late David Jones, Peter Tork and Michael Nesmith arranged in the order of their deaths), and gave Episode No. 6, “The Success Story” (prod. #4710, aired on NBC October 17, 1966 and May 29, 1967), the privelege of being the last Featured Monkees Episode Of 2021.

Here's wishing you and The Monkees Film & TV Vault's Silver Jubilee year of 2022 to be a safe, healthy...

Tonight's MF&TVV Update
The MONKEES EPISODE INTERVIEWS undergoes even further revamping to the tune of the Franklin Gothic fonts Condensed and Book, except for the front page, whose opening remarks (by Madame Spy) remains in Times New Roman out of respect for the pages' original home, Monkees Pad.
